Francisco Zataráin sought a scalable way to combine adventure therapy principles with technology, helping users better understand emotions, improve communication, and strengthen relationships through accessible, everyday interactions.
THE HOW
Alquimia built a WhatsApp chatbot using the Meta API for messaging infrastructure. Voice notes are processed through Hume AI models to analyze prosody, tone, and linguistic emotional signals in real time.
These insights are then interpreted using OpenAI ChatGPT to generate structured, personalized reflections inspired by Bateson and Watzlawick frameworks. The system delivers immediate feedback designed to promote self-awareness, emotional regulation, and stronger interpersonal dynamics.
